You’ve filled out surveys, provided feedback, and made your voice heard… But where does that information go? Who reads it and what do they do with it? This session, presented by Ava Safaie and Lillian Thomas from the Survey Team within the HR Systems Analytics & Information Division (SAID), will take you behind the scenes of OHR surveys and boldly go where no survey-taker has gone before.

Attendees will take an interactive journey through the survey process: from survey development to data collection, to analysis and reporting. Ava and Lillian will cover hot topics, including confidentiality of your responses, as well as advanced analytics and use of survey data in OHR strategic planning. Understand how your input translates into action through a panel discussion with OHR senior leaders. Come unravel the mystery of surveys in NIH/OHR and learn how you can leverage surveys to improve YOUR job satisfaction and engagement.
